I was using hydrocortisone for a bit of eczema i head some how on my forehead just below my hair line and im 33 years old. Finally i realized some now im getting this eczema from the water as i live in the country and cant think of any other explination. I travel to florida from Ontario canada a lot 2 or 3 days in my trip it instantly goes away with not using anything. Once im in Florida in the Sun my forehead goes back to normal smooth. Nothing i have changed shampoo or any face washing routine. Its annoying not having this growing up then getting it at 33. However most sites never say it could be in well water or country type of water i could be wrong but there is nothing else i had none of this 2 years ago when i lived 10 mins away in the City on city water and have been getting this on and off since 2009 in the country. Anyone else heard of this or had this?
